The redevelopment of a redundant collection of farm buildings set within a wider rural estate to comprise of a series of user groups that harness activities relating to environmental education, pre-school nursery, estate touring and a creative community culture.
Weaving together the existing fabric of the park, we propose to develop a collection of buildings some old, some new that will encourage constant change while maintaining stable revenue, always looking ahead while maintaining reference of the natural landscape at their heart.
The project is forged on four key principles, defined as: Ethical Ecology, Immersive Wellness, Inclusive Community, and Research & Innovation.
